Feamold Machines Pvt. Ltd. Is engaged in manufacturing, trading and providing consultancy in Plastics Extrusion projects, and especially Plastics Recycling Projects. Feamold's growth has been into 4 stages:

We started as a supplier of spares and auxiliary equipment such as Screws/Barrels, Take-Offs, Die Sets etc. for existing plastics extrusion equipment and other OEM's.
Started design and manufacturing of our own Plastics extrusion equipment and directly selling to processors. Set up our own team of erection engineers, obtained IEC number to enable direct exports, etc.
It is a policy at Feamold to develop one new product every year. In keeping with this policy, Feamold developed Rotating Die and Oscillating Platform configurations for film plants, PVC Shrink and Lamination Grade Film plants, Lamination Plants, Tape Extrusion Lines, and Plastics Recycling Lines. We reached our peak of product diversification in 2007.
From 2007 onwards, we decided to consolidate our product range and specialize in only 4 areas, viz.

Film extrusion plants for HDPE, LDPE and PP including Oscillating Platform, two-layer plants, wide width plants, etc.
Complete Plastics Recycling lines from Crushing to Pelletizing.
PVC Film Extrusion Lines for Shrink, Lamination, Rigid and Semi-Rigid film grades.
Lamination plants for a variety of substrates upto 4500 mm width.

Turnkey Project Services

In addition to equipment, we provide complete turnkey services; these include equipment selection based on production capacity and material availability, plant layout, staffing, pilot operation, etc., which result in substantial cost effectiveness of the project.
